Book your appointmentAn ADHD assessment usually spans two sessions: an initial consult to take a detailed history and confirm eligibility for assessment, and a second consult to complete the assessment and discuss the results, a diagnosis where appropriate, and management options. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis. Follow-up consults are booked separately as needed.
Eligible patients with a valid GP referral may be able to claim a Medicare rebate on psychiatric consultations, which reduces the out-of-pocket cost. Rebate amounts depend on the Medicare item your psychiatrist bills and your circumstances.
