If you miss a call from your Partner Practitioner - you will rejoin the virtual waiting room and your Partner Practitioner may attempt to call you again. You may also receive a text message prior to your call to ensure you are ready to answer the call if it does arrive.

In most cases, you’ll receive a call from your Partner Doctor within an hour of making a request. However, keep in mind that Partner Doctors are online 6am to midnight and demand fluctuates. So, if a Partner Doctor doesn’t get to you on the day, you’ll get a call the following day.
