Promotion Terms & Conditions
The “Future Of Updoc” promotion (Promotion) is conducted by Venture Startups Pty Ltd trading as ‘Updoc’ (ABN 67 648 935 282) (Updoc). Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs).
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over who enter in accordance with these T&Cs, except for employees of Updoc and their immediate family members.
How to Enter
- The Promotion period commences on 9am (AEDT) 16 June 2025 to 5pm (AEDT) 9 July 2025 (Promotion Period).
- To enter, individuals must complete the survey, including the question in the typeform “In 25 words or less, tell us the one thing you would have us add to the Updoc Platform to improve your experience” (Entry). There is a limit of one Entry for each individual.
- There is no cost to enter the Promotion.
- Updoc reserves the right to refuse any Entry that contravenes these T&Cs, including any incomplete or indecipherable entries.
Determining and Notifying the Winners
- Selection of the winners will occur at 11am (AEDT), 10 July 2025.
- This Promotion will run as a game of skill and Updoc will decide the winners based on the merit of their answer to the typeform “In 25 words or less, tell us your favourite thing about Updoc and why”. Updoc’s determination of the winners is final.
- The winners will be notified via email, SMS or phone call. Each winner must acknowledge acceptance of, and claim, their Prize by replying to Updoc’s email, SMS or phone call with any details reasonably requested by Updoc. This must be received by Updoc by no later than 5pm (AEDT) 11 July that is 2 days after the end of the Promotion Period].
- If for any reason a winner does not acknowledge, accept and claim their Prize by 5pm (AEDT) 11 July 2025 that is 2 days after the end of the Promotion Period, that Prize will be forfeited, and another winner selected at two business days later.
The Prize
Updoc will select three winners in total with each winner receiving one VISA gift card valued at AUD $200.00 (Prize). Updoc reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
Other legal things
- Updoc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) disqualify any individual who Updoc has reason to believe has breached any of these T&Cs, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at Updoc’s discretion.
- If a winner of the Prize is under the age of 18 years or the winner has provided more than one Entry, the Prize will be forfeited by that entrant, and a redraw will occur for that Prize.
- Updoc personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Updoc will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- All entries become the intellectual property of the intellectual property of Updoc. You will do all things reasonably necessary to assign such intellectual property rights to Updoc.
- The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
