Community Access Program

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Updoc Community Access Program (Promotion) is conducted by Venture Startups Pty Ltd trading as ‘Updoc’ (ABN 67 648 935 282) (Updoc).  Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms, including Updoc’s Terms and Conditions (together, the T&Cs).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Australian residents aged 18 and over that reside in the Upper Hunter or MidCoast Region of New South Wales (Region), excluding Updoc employees and their immediate family members.

Promotion period

The Promotion period commences on 09:00am (AEDT) 15 January 2026 to 9am (AEDT) 31 December 2026 (Promotion Period).

How to participate

To participate, individuals must:

1. reside in the Region during the Promotion Period;
2. provide evidence satisfactory to Updoc that they reside in the Region during the Promotion Period (and, if requested by Updoc, evidence that they continue to reside in the Region during the free subscription period)
3. submit only one application per person.

There is no cost to apply.

Offer and limits

Updoc is offering up to 1,000 free Updoc Pro subscriptions (or more if Updoc states otherwise) (Updoc Pro Subscription).  Each Updoc Pro Subscription will be subject to Updoc’s Terms and Conditions.  Updoc may refuse or cancel any application that does not comply with the T&Cs, including applications that are incomplete, indecipherable or contain (in Updoc’s reasonable opinion) false or misleading information.

Notification and acceptance

To claim the free Updoc Pro Subscription, the applicant must confirm acceptance and provide information reasonably requested by Updoc within 7 days of Updoc’s conduct.  If not received, then Updoc may reallocate the subscription to another applicant.

General

Updoc may, in its reasonable discretion, disqualify an individual where it reasonably believes the individual has breached the T&Cs, tampered with the Promotion or its related processes or otherwise engaged in unlawful or improper conduct affecting the Promotion.
