As a first time user, we're offering a 30% OFF updoc coupon with HIUPDOC for you to use on your first priority telehealth consult:
Looking for an Updoc promo code or discount? First-time Updoc users can get 30% off their first priority telehealth consult by entering code HIUPDOC at checkout. The code can be used once, can't be combined with another offer and doesn't apply to subscriptions.
Your discounted consult works the same way as any other. You complete a short online questionnaire about your health concern, an AHPRA-registered Partner Doctor reviews your request, and they may call you to talk it through. Partner Doctors can help with a range of concerns, from general health advice to medical certificates and referrals, where clinically suitable.
The discount only changes the price. It doesn't change how your request is assessed, and any outcome depends on your Partner Doctor's clinical judgement.
Spend a few minutes getting the friendly, personalised healthcare access you deserve today.

Updoc is a secure, online digital healthcare platform that facilitates consultations between users and AHPRA-registered Partner Doctors. With Updoc, users are able to request a consult 24/7 from anywhere in Australia. Partner Doctors consult with users and – if they deem it suitable – are able to provide medical certificates, prescriptions, referral letters, medical advice, and more.
Telehealth can happen in real time, such as a video or phone consultation with a doctor, or asynchronously, where you submit your health history or answers to a questionnaire for a clinician to review. The doctor uses this information to decide whether your care can be managed remotely or whether you need an in-person examination. If suitable, prescriptions, referrals and certificates can be sent to your phone or email.
You can speak to your AHPRA-registered Partner Doctor about the many things you’d speak to an in-person doctor about. Partner Doctors are on hand to help with things like medical certificates, new and repeat prescriptions, specialist referral letters, sensitive topics (like STIs/STDs, thrush, and UTIs), and more. Your trusted Partner Doctors are here to help. You should be mindful, however, that telehealth isn't for emergencies - call 000 if you have urgent or life-threatening symptoms.
You can request a prescription online through Updoc. Your Partner Doctor will review your request, and during your telehealth consultation – determine whether a prescription is right for you, much like a physical clinic visit. If suitable, your electronic prescription will be delivered straight to your device.
Yes. With Updoc, you can connect with an AHPRA-registered Partner Doctor who will assess your symptoms and determine if a medical certificate is suitable for you. If it is, a medical certificate is then delivered straight to your phone via SMS and email.
Partner Doctors are online 24/7 to help! You can request a consultation 24/7, including after hours and on weekends. Partner Doctors review requests around the clock, although wait times vary with demand. They're even available after hours and on weekends at no extra cost!
