What an online sleep consult is, and isn’t

      What it is

A video consult with a Partner Doctor or Partner Psychologist who asks about your sleep, routine and health. Depending on what’s going on, that may lead to a structured insomnia programme, a referral for a home sleep study, or a referral to a sleep specialist where clinically appropriate.

      When to get help sooner

If you’ve fallen asleep while driving or at other dangerous moments, stop driving and see a doctor promptly. If you’re having thoughts of harming yourself, call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or 000 in an emergency.
