      What it is

      A private telehealth consult with a Partner Doctor who asks about your symptoms and history and talks you through your options. Where clinically appropriate, they can arrange a pathology referral for STI testing, a prescription or a specialist referral.

      When to get urgent help

      Candid isn’t an emergency service. If you have severe pain, heavy bleeding or feel very unwell, call 000 or go to an emergency department. If you think you may have been exposed to HIV in the last 72 hours, seek urgent in-person care.
